This Moment. App User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document that outlines your rights and obligations, as well as those of Moment. ("we," "us," or "our"), in relation to your use of the services provided through the App ("Service").

Before accessing or using the Service, you must read and understand this Agreement. By registering, downloading, or using the app, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding contract with us under these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Certain parts of this Agreement may only become applicable when we introduce additional features or services, such as premium content or advanced interactions through the app. However, understanding these terms is essential regardless of which features you use.

This Agreement may be updated periodically, and any changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Moment. (”App”) is your go-to platform for private, meaningful, and temporary chats with AI companions. Conversations are designed to be fleeting, with users having full control to delete chats anytime using the "Dispose" button. To keep the experience free for everyone, non-intrusive ads are displayed within the app.
